Job Description As a Security Officer Access Control in Jefferson City, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.48 / Hour Job Schedule Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access logs in accordance with site procedures. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the business, perimeter, gates, parking areas, and restricted zones, to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Document incidents, observations, and daily activities through required reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
