Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Property Bookkeeper to serve as a Team Leader . The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in residential property management accounting and have extensive hands‑on experience utilizing AppFolio software. Responsibilities Lead and guide team members to ensure accurate and timely accounting operations. Provide advanced financial reconciliation for residential property portfolios. Oversee the financial reporting process with a high level of accuracy. Mentor team members on best practices and software utilization. Maintain organizational management of property accounting workflows. Requirements and Qualifications Proven track record in property bookkeeping. Expert-level proficiency in AppFolio property management software. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
