This role will champion innovative, audience-centered approaches to content, helping evolve how Truist delivers impactful experiences across channels and formats.By combining strategic planning, content innovation, creative excellence, performance insights, and cross-functional collaboration, the Enterprise Content Experiences Manager will build scalable frameworks that improve efficiency, accelerate speed to market, enhance content effectiveness, and deliver measurable business value.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Develop strategic content experiences in alignment with enterprise and line of business strategies, goals and objectives.2. Build and manage content experience strategies, processes, legal/compliance/risk review processes, and measurement and reporting for all active campaigns.3. Participate in content experience creative asset production.4. Drive brand and company awareness, consideration and conversion through strategic content experiences, media plans and creative executions.5. Ensure brand visual and voice consistency across content experiences.6. Develop and deploy actionable plans to evolve, grow and optimize content experiences and engagement.7. Create recommendations for innovative content marketing experiences, initiatives and solutions.8. Build and maintain partnerships with leaders across marketing and the enterprise, as well as with social media channel and agency partners.QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training2. Seven years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience3. Proven experience shaping executive storytelling and content strategies that elevate executive visibility, credibility, and influence across key audiences4. Deep specialized (SME) and/or broad knowledge within content marketing, social media, and influencer marketing discipline5. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes managing a process6. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services7. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure, in addition to leading a team of professionals8. Ability to exercise independent judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities9. Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems10. Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective11. Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry.Preferred Qualifications:1.
