• Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Trains inside sales staf
  
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
• Assist Sales Director to implement inside sales incentive programs and goals.
• Assist in running Sales Reporting utilizing ERP system/PowerBI
• Work with the Marketing Manager to create a monthly marketing calendar to use for communications with customers.
• Help pre-qualify cold calls.

Supervisory Skills

Education
Associate's Degree and [5] years experience in Business or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
