Territory Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Service and further develop accounts with existing clientele as well as develop new Retail Flooring accounts
- Making sales calls
- Placing products and displays with retail customers in your assigned coverage area
- Providing sales training and technical services focused on building sales for our Hardwood, Laminate, LVT, WPC and Sheet Vinyl product lines
Skills and Requirements:
- Must live in or adjacent to the territory area
- 3 years of outside sales and/or sales management experience in the "Sales to Retail" and/or Commercial Flooring business
- Good communication skills
- Strong technical capabilities
- Well organized
- Team oriented
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Must be 21 years of age and able to pass background check, drug testing and DMV pull
