Who We Are: Seametrics is a designer and manufacturer of a variety of flow metering and submersible sensor products. We are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 per year , depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

- Develop marketing roadmaps that align to the company’s strategic vision and tactical plans of the Product Management and Global Sales teams. Translate into a tactical 12-month plan
- Create and place adverts that support the brands and the company’s growth strategy
- Manage publication relationships and seek opportunities for thought leadership pieces
- Manage and produce the monthly external newsletter.
- Lead the company’s LinkedIn and YouTube accounts
- Run analytics on engagement and adapt as necessary
- Review the social media plan
- Plan and coordinate the brands’ exhibition and trade show calendar
- Execute in the Americas region
- Manage stand bookings, logistics, promotional materials, and pre/post-event communications
- Evaluate and report on event performance.
- Schedule, promote, and host live webinars for external audiences
- Coordinate presenters, content, technical setup, and audience follow-up
- Monitor attendee data and feedback to continuously improve event impact.
- Manage promotional branded items
- Capture employee headshots
- Maintain records and timelines for all activities and purchases
- Help manage the brand’s annual budget
- Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy in all event-related activity, where relevant
- Assist the team with proofing external comms and collateral.
- 4+ years of experience in a marketing role
- Experience working in a technical or B2B environment
- Proven ability to coordinate and deliver complex projects across teams and time zones – produce project plans, run multi streams of parallel work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, LinkedIn, GoTo Webinar, DotDigital, CRM and ERP platforms
- Data analytics capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Proactive and resourceful, with a solution-based approach
- Customer first attitude
- Results oriented
- Communication skills that can adapt the message from customer to peer, team member to Senior Management
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Committed to high standards of quality and professionalism
- The role involves computer-based tasks, with flexibility to work seated or standing.
- Willingness to travel globally, as required. Travel will involve overnight stays and air travel.
