About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the brand and go-to-market strategy, with a strong focus on sustainability and natural solutions. This role involves owning the enterprise-wide marketing strategy, including brand, digital, shopper marketing, PR, research, innovation alignment, legal coordination, and financial oversight. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with leading and developing a marketing team, serving as the marketplace expert, and identifying trends to inform the brand and go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate for the Head of Marketing position at the company is a strong CPG marketer with a business builder mindset, committed to the long-term growth of the company. They should be a visionary leader, collaborative, and have a passion for pets. The role requires a candidate who is a creative and thoughtful risk-taker, with a strong commercial understanding of retail and digital channels, and how consumer insights translate to brand growth, revenue, and profitability. The Head of Marketing will be expected to be a hands-on executor, move with speed and agility, and maintain analytical rigor and financial discipline.
