The ideal candidate is a proven Influencer Manager with strong passion for the Magic the Gathering brand and Community, fueled by prior experience in paid and organic influencer strategy and execution, collaborating with our internal and external business partners to build effective and scalable influencer vision and strategies to support our brand and campaign marketing efforts.What You'll Do:Develop, implement, and grow the strategy and vision for influencer and creator programs across our diverse portfolio of products to drive deeper, authentic connection with our community.Develop and guide a meticulous and data-driven process in how we source, vet, negotiate and contract influencer content, while partnering with cross-functional teams including brand, community management, global digital and social media, legal, and creative services.Track effectiveness of influencer campaigns and proactively utilize data-backed insights to inform future executions.Oversee multiple campaigns, products, and brand influencer initiatives simultaneously.Follow industry trends in an evolving influencer landscape, bringing innovation and solutions into Magic's overall influencer strategy.What You'll Bring:6 years of hands-on influencer management and execution experience across all major social platforms including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, as well as experience managing, guiding and selecting agencies.Proven track-record of positive collaboration with other business partners in a growing and evolving org.Experience using influencer analytics platforms and extrapolating key and meaningful business highlights.Comprehensive understanding of influencer marketing standards and rules of engagement.Attention to detail and experience with keeping multiple moving pieces of a project on schedule.Passion for games and empathy with influencers, creators, players, and the global gaming community.A basic understanding of and experience with Magic’s products and communities is a plus!We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action EmployerWizards of the Coast is committed to equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions.
