We are in business to serve the people who serve the people.We are seeking a Vice President of Marketing reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer who will scale the marketing function of a $250M+ SaaS organization through its next phase of growth. They will help build and lead a modern, data-driven marketing engine that accelerates pipeline creation, improves lead quality, increases conversion across the buyer journey, and supports expansion across a multi-product SaaS portfolio.The ideal candidate will bring a strong bias for action, a collaborative mindset, and a contagious will to win. This leader should be energized by complexity, comfortable operating in a high-demand environment, and motivated by the opportunity to strengthen team effectiveness and operating discipline.Working in close partnership with the CRO, this leader will build and execute data-driven demand generation strategies, improve marketing's contribution to ARR growth, and establish a rigorous operating cadence with clear KPIs tied to revenue outcomes.They will be an experienced people leader who brings clarity, focus, and positive energy to the team.
