Location: Auburn, Washington
RAE Security is hiring a Business Development Manager in Auburn, Washington. The role is an opportunity to become a part of an expanding U.S based security company. This is your opportunity to join a dynamic sales team with an industry leading compensation structure. In this sales role, your goal will be to build successful relationships with customers and drive sales in the Washington area.
Responsibilities:

• Generate demand and sell door hardware and security components
• Generate leads through networking with existing clients and prospecting for new
• Establishing sales plans and customer follow-up strategies
• Actively manage client accounts and build customer relationships
• Strong understanding of Door Hardware and Security Systems
• Train and Certify on necessary software / hardware products

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of Security Industry
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Self-Motivated and driven to improve customer experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Organization and time management Skills
• Must have ability to work within a team environment

Education/Experience:
· High school education or equivalent
· Experience in Security and Door Hardware
