We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our close-knit team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to clients and identify, recommend, and implement HR solutions that drive business results. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication and relationship building skills, prior experience delivering results from strategic HR initiatives, and a great sense of humor. Ability to work remote while maintaining work/life balance and flexibility Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA, & AFLAC, and Employer-Paid Life Insurance, STD, & LTD A generous PTO plan that starts at day one of employment and rewards employees who stick around A collaborative and fun work environment that includes support from multiple HR professionals Exposure to work in a variety of HR disciplines, so growing your career happens naturally Your opinion matters to both our internal team and external clients Must Haves 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally at a company with 100+ employees where foundational HR processes and practices have been well-established and consistently executed A consultative approach to your work: seeking to understand context and objectives, presenting a range of possible recommendations, and engaging in dialog to arrive at the most appropriate solution for the client Prior success partnering with leaders to design and deliver HR solutions in support of business objectives Knowledge and practical experience in multiple HR disciplines including (but not limited to) management coaching, team effectiveness, performance management, compensation, and engagement A proven relationship builder and leader who quickly builds trust with people at all levels of an organization Excellent judgement, time management, planning, and communication skills Business acumen and an ability to make connections with (or between) people, processes, and technologies to drive collaboration and teamwork across an organization Executive presence; comfortable and confident interacting with and advising senior business leaders Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or another related field Nice-To-Haves Peoplr is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
