What You ll Do

• Provide neonatal care in a state-of-the-art Level III NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Manage approximately 10 patients daily in a 16-suite NICU environment
• Cover newborn nursery and participate in family-centered care initiatives
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety efforts
• Assist with newborn assessments, stabilization, and resuscitation
• Support the multidisciplinary team in delivering personalized, high-quality neonatal services

What You Need

• Current NC RN license with NP certification
• Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted
• Minimum 2 years of NNP experience
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care
