Location: Hudson, OH or Indianapolis, Indiana (Hybrid/Remote after training) Pay: $21.00$26.00+/hour DOE Training Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm in office (~30 days) Regular Schedule: Flexible 8hr shift between 7am - 7pm after training Position Type: Temporary (Peak Season)

About the Client Account Representative Position

Our client is seeking a Client Account Representative to support their team during a busy seasonal period. The Client Account Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with customer service, account management, business operations, or financial services experience.

Client Account Representative Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Deliver accurate, professional, and timely client support.
• Resolve routine client issues and escalate complex concerns as needed.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports while identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Maintain documentation and follow established workflows and procedures.
• Utilize approved AI tools to draft communications, summarize information, and improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Client Account Representative Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in client service, financial services, business operations, or a professional office environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $26.00
