The Director, Transformation and Enablement serves as a strategic partner to Privacy leadership, driving the evolution of Privacy into a scalable, intelligence-driven capability that enables innovation, manages risk, and builds trust across the enterprise. This role is responsible for advancing the Privacy & Data Sharing operating model through organizational effectiveness, process optimization, and executive engagement. The successful candidate will translate strategy into execution, connect initiatives across the organization, and ensure leaders have the insights, narratives, and decision support needed to drive business outcomes.
