Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gather an in-depth understanding of clients’ mental health challenges, which will inform the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address the unique needs of clients with conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate with clients to establish specific therapeutic goals and continuously monitor progress to adjust interventions as needed, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services through secure platforms for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to accessing traditional in-person care.

• Document all client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress effectively, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and valid license in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• Exhibit a strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ individual experiences and challenges.

• Possess organized, effective time management skills to efficiently manage a diverse caseload and accompanying documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
