Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

• We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to residents in assisted living communities throughout Queens, New York.
• This is a part-time, on-site opportunity designed to provide meaningful patient care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
• The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent bedside manner, and a passion for caring for senior patients.
• Providers will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess patients, manage medical conditions, develop care plans, and promote healthy and independent living.
• No nights and no weekends.
• W2 and 1099 compensation models are available.
