Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst, Charleston, SC Our client, a venture capital group headquartered in Charleston, is currently recruiting for a Senior or Manager-level Financial Analyst adept in both accounting and finance. This position is on the Controller track, with initial responsibilities to include: Building and maintaining advanced Excel-based tools to help portfolio companies manage and analyze key financial and operational data, including: Dynamic financial reporting models Inventory analytics and product profitability tools Custom operational models based on company-specific inputs Collaborating closely with company leadership to understand their financial operations and translate needs into actionable Excel solutions Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and usability in all models and reports Supporting financial close processes and assist with reporting as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting and finance experience (mix of public and private a plus) Advanced Excel skills: ability to build complex, customized tools Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with portfolio company leadership Interest in evolving into a Controller role 75 Port City Landing, Suite 110 Mount Pleasant, SC 29464 #J-18808-Ljbffr
