What You'll Do:

• Generate and nurture leads to build a loyal customer base
• Present tailored insurance quotes that meet client needs and budgets
• Provide outstanding customer service—answer questions, resolve issues, and guide clients through policies and claims
• Foster long-term relationships to promote client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with a motivated team to hit and exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For:

• Proven sales experience (inside/outside sales, retail, telemarketing, etc.)
• Strong relationship management skills
• Passion for understanding customer needs and marketing solutions effectively
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Ability to anticipate and address client needs proactively
• Must have P&C license and State Farm experience

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
