A highly respected and growing public accounting firm in Atlanta is seeking a dynamic Tax Manager to join their expanding Tax practice. Responsibilities

Review complex tax returns across multiple entity types
Delegate tax preparation and research tasks to staff and seniors
Prepare complex business income tax returns
Provide tax consulting, planning, and projection services to clients
Assume full client service responsibility for assigned accounts
Develop, mentor, and support staff members in their professional growth

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred
Current CPA license required
4–7 years of public accounting experience
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
Exceptional Excel skills
Proficiency with tax automation and workflow software a plus
Strong communication skills — clear, proactive, and client-focused
Self-directed, ambitious, and highly motivated
