This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:
Business Manager - Commercial and Operations

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid on site in Auburn Hills, MI

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
• Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
• Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed
• Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree and at least five or more years successful execution in similar role
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Team management - you will oversee 12 regions and provide directions, support and daily leadership.
• Customer relations - ensure positive customer experiences and on-going relationships.
• Negotiations - engage in large scale negotiations.
• Pipeline & value creation - selling automotive and general industries segments, offering creative solutions for customer needs.
