Distribution & Operations Coordinator

About the Role We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive self-starter to join our fast-paced team. As the Distribution & Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the label across distribution, royalties, accounting, and administrative functions. This role offers a front-row seat to how the many moving parts of a modern record label come together. Responsibilities Work closely with artists and members of the Judge & Jury team to oversee the distribution of releases Serve as a liaison between artists and Judge & Jury by identifying, collecting, and organizing the metadata and content required for release distribution, including singles, EPs, and albums Support label and artist merchandising efforts by managing online stores, tracking order information, and coordinating with manufacturing and fulfillment partners Help keep Judge & Jury and artist pages across DSPs, websites, and multi-links up to date with the latest releases, initiatives, and achievements Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate metadata is displayed across Judge & Jury and artist DSP profiles at all times Qualifications Highly organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines Able to manage multiple projects at once while effectively prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent grammar and professionalism Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to step back and understand the bigger picture and how different systems and responsibilities connect Resourceful and able to think creatively when solving problems Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments where flexibility and adaptability are essential Able to navigate ambiguity and work toward solutions even when the path forward is not immediately clear Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets A passion for music and a genuine interest in helping artists achieve their goals are a plus Some experience in a music industry role preferred, but not required What We Offer Flexible hours and a remote work setup Exposure to high-level professionals and "big-players" across the music industry Experience across a broad range of areas within the business A meaningful role in the operations and logistics of the company, with the opportunity to make a real impact as part of the team, and an opportunity to grow within the company #J-18808-Ljbffr Judge & Jury Records
