Operations Coordinator

$17 - $18.5 per hour

We are partnering with a global lifestyle brand seeking an Operations Coordinator on a part-time basis. The Operations Coordinator will be a part of the global logistics team, and the ideal candidate has experience in order fulfillment, operations, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the fulfillment of global orders, providing a high level of service in a fast-paced environment
Respond to customer service team inquiries regarding order issues
Partner with customer service team to understand customer insights and identify opportunities to reduce issue volume
Partner with fulfillment centers to ensure returns are processed appropriately
Create, monitor, and maintain KPI reporting to monitor service levels and identify areas of continuous improvement
Support additional fulfillment team projects as needed

Requirements:

1+ yrs' experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, warehousing, or customer service
Strong attention to detail and organization skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with order management systems

Compensation: $17-18.50/hr
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
