Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Heart of Hope, your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with clients to help them set realistic treatment goals and effectively navigate challenges.

• Providing prevention-oriented therapy through individual sessions and group therapy, using evidence-based practices.

• Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing comprehensive treatment plans to support client progress.

• Collaborating with various treatment providers and placement agencies to ensure holistic care and support.

• Maintaining accurate documentation, including timely session notes and treatment updates, in accordance with our protocols.

• Utilizing telehealth technology for client sessions and ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

• Participating actively in clinical supervision and team meetings to enhance service delivery and clinical techniques.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position must possess:

• A valid license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Arizona.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

• A proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients, demonstrating empathy and active listening skills.

Preferred Experience\n
