Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Western North Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Every other weekend required. Day shift includes 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, 2 RTs, and tech support. Night shift includes 18 RNs, 1 charge RN, and 2 RTs. Patient ratios range from 1:1 to 1:4 based on acuity.

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina RN license or ability to obtain
• Level III or higher NICU experience required, 2 years or more preferred
• NRP certification required
• Stable and NIC-RNC certifications preferred
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong critical thinking skills
