Senior Director, Regulatory Operations, Systems

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director of Regulatory Information Management to build and scale the company's regulatory systems and processes. This role will establish strategy, oversee implementation of the Veeva Vault RIM platform, and drive operational excellence across global regulatory functions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the regulatory information management function with governance and roadmap development
• Serve as business owner for Veeva Vault RIM platform, overseeing administration and system enhancements
• Define long-term RIM strategy aligned with business objectives and global compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare organization for structured data submissions and IDMP readiness
• Identify opportunities for automation and innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and data quality

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading regulatory information management or similar functions
• Deep expertise with Veeva Vault RIM platform administration and configuration
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, eCTD, and structured data submission requirements
• Proven track record building and scaling functions from the ground up
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and managing cross-functional initiatives
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills across regulatory, clinical, quality, and IT organizations
