Role Description
Creative Strategist: Build a Performance Creative Engine for a Fast-Scaling DTC Brand
We're looking for someone to build a proper performance creative system alongside our current organic creator content. This role involves:
- Building a performance creative system from the ground up.
- Developing scripted concepts, structured testing, and iteration cycles.
- Working with a real budget and a founder who supports your vision.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, content production, or performance marketing in DTC, e-commerce, or a growth-focused agency.
- Proven track record of creating ads that scaled.
- Experience managing creators, editors, or small creative teams.
- Comfortable reading Meta Ads Manager data and pulling insights from performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for ideation, copywriting, or content production.
- A systems thinker who builds processes, templates, and feedback loops.
Requirements
- Develop the creative testing roadmap: angles to test, in what order, and why.
- Generate 5-10 new creative concepts per week.
- Source, vet, and manage freelance editors and UGC creators.
- Analyze ad performance weekly and translate data into actionable creative briefs.
- Iterate on winning ads before they fatigue.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, storyboarding, and production.
- Monitor competitor ads, platform changes, and creative trends.
