Global Network Security Team Lead

Salary: $80,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• We look for at least 8 years of experience in network security or infrastructure operations, including 2 or more years leading technical teams.
• We expect hands-on expertise with firewall platforms such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or Check Point.
• We need strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, SSL, IPSec, IDS/IPS, and core network security concepts.
• We prefer experience in incident response, risk management, and security operations.
• We value familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and cloud security environments such as Azure or AWS.
• We seek strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• We lead our global firewall management team through coaching, performance oversight, training, and workload prioritization.
• We define, implement, and uphold firewall standards, policies, and governance aligned with our cybersecurity requirements.
• We partner with infrastructure, cloud, application, and security teams to design and deploy secure network architectures.
• We oversee firewall operations, including performance monitoring, maintenance, and optimization to support security, reliability, and availability.
• We direct incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution of firewall and network security issues.
• We manage escalations, vendor relationships, compliance activities, and continuous improvement efforts while meeting established service levels.
• We provide technical leadership, coaching, and operational direction across our global firewall environment.
