As a Security Officer Medical Patrol Verifier in New York, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access awareness, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, credential checks, and directional support while following post orders and location protocols.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident and activity reports, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, staff, and/or first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
