Whether you are ready to launch your career in healthcare or an experienced professional looking to transition into rehabilitative care, join our team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists to make a difference in people's lives.As a Rehabilitation Technician, you will:Provide support as an active member of our rehabilitation team: physical, occupational & speech therapyAssist patients to their therapy groupsComplete essential administrative tasksPrepare therapy room for patient careCoordination of TelehealthPrimary responsibilities are: Administrative & Front Office SupportAnswer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteouslySchedule therapy appointments and maintain daily therapy schedulesAssist with insurance verification and authorization processesPrepare, organize, and maintain patient records and documentationManage filing, scanning, and other clerical tasksCommunicate with residents, family members, physicians, and staff regarding therapy servicesPatient & Department SupportTransport residents safely to and from therapy appointments as neededAssist therapists with treatment room and equipment setupPrepare treatment areas and ensure supplies are readily availableMonitor inventory and communicate supply needsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy gym and treatment areasSupport therapists with non-clinical tasks to promote efficient patient careOur staff are a true interdisciplinary team working with myriad departments to provide the highest quality of customer service focused care.
