Description Position Summary Centrillium Protein is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced food production environment. The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Lead and supervise daily production operations. Ensure production lines are set up and ready to begin on schedule. Assign work, monitor productivity, and adjust staffing as needed. Ensure daily production, quality, and efficiency goals are met. Maintain compliance with USDA regulations, HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and company food safety standards. Monitor product quality and address operational issues promptly. Enforce all safety policies and ensure employees use required PPE. Coach, train, and develop production employees. Address employee performance, attendance, and policy compliance. Coordinate with Maintenance to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production records and complete required daily documentation. Communicate production updates, staffing concerns, and operational issues to management. Promote continuous improvement and maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Industrial Management, or a related field. Experience in USDA-inspected food manufacturing. Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and food safety systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work in cold, and noisy production environments. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
