Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan and coordinate recruitment and training events for interns, ensuring alignment with program requirements.

• Oversee the completion of all necessary documentation by interns and trainees, facilitating their educational and professional growth.

• Conduct training workshops that comply with evolving regulatory policies, enhancing the skill set of upcoming mental health professionals.
\n
• Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-compliant records for all interns, fostering an organized and efficient workflow.
\n
• Participate in the intern performance evaluation process, documenting feedback and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
\n
• Monitor intern caseloads and performance, providing support and guidance to ensure effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Engage in regular audits of clinical documentation to uphold compliance with agency policies and funding requirements, ensuring accountability within the team.

• Provide clinical consultation for crisis and non-crisis situations, both in-person and via phone, demonstrating leadership in complex situations.

• Uphold the professional appearance of your workspace, addressing any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
\n
• Ensure timely data entry into the AWARDS electronic health record system to maintain accurate and accessible client information.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapy services tailored to the individual needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance their emotional well-being.

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding of interns aligned with our agency's goals, fostering a culture of learning and development.

• Participate in meetings and training sessions as required, contributing to team knowledge and cohesion.

• Complete various reports and documentation as requested by the Director, supporting our operational efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will be instrumental in providing clinical social work services to a diverse population of clients, including adults, children, and families experiencing various emotional or social challenges. By utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, you will engage with clients in meaningful ways to foster healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid California Independent License is mandatory; applicants must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Must have the ability to conduct telehealth sessions effectively and possess a reliable internet connection to facilitate remote therapy.

• Must reside within the U.S. and have the ability to provide empathetic, culturally competent care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing clinical supervision or mentorship to interns or trainees is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with electronic health records, particularly with systems like AWARDS, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The selected candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 .
