Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of patients, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to evaluate mental health conditions and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor patient progress consistently, implementing interventions tailored to meet the specific mental health needs of each individual or family, adapting strategies to ensure effective outcomes.

• Prepare and maintain accurate treatment records, reports, and clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and departmental policies, utilizing modern electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to craft comprehensive treatment plans that support the goals and needs of our patient population.

• Develop and implement treatment goals in partnership with patients, caring for their safety concerns while minimizing symptoms to enhance their quality of life.
