About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Growth to collaborate with the Founder, CEO, and Head of Operations in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy. This pivotal role is focused on driving commercial growth and market expansion, with an initial emphasis on individual contribution in prospecting, pipeline generation, enterprise sales, and early customer relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating the sales messaging, prospecting strategy, and commercial infrastructure from the ground up, and will eventually lead the development of a wider commercial organization. Key responsibilities include building a repeatable and scalable sales process, developing commercial positioning, and leveraging networks to create strategic opportunities. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have significant experience in selling enterprise SaaS solutions, a proven track record in closing complex, high-value deals, and deep relationships in commercial real estate or adjacent markets. The role requires the ability to operate in an early-stage or high-growth technology business, with a hands-on, founder-level mentality. Strong commercial judgment, communication skills, and operational discipline are essential. While experience in InsurTech, PropTech, FinTech, or related categories is advantageous, the primary requirements are deep real estate relationships and enterprise SaaS selling experience. The role demands a candidate who can work closely with the founding team, from early traction to the next stage of growth, and who is capable of building and leading a commercial team with a focus on performance and operational excellence.
