Motivate. Drive Results. We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in Indianapolis. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and driving production success. Promote and maintain a safe work environment. Schedule production and ensure daily production goals are achieved. Coordinate production schedules with other departments. Adjust staffing levels based on production demands. Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions. Drive continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives. Improve productivity, efficiency, and quality throughout the department. Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational procedures. Work extended hours or weekends when business needs require. What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and packaging machinery preferred. Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Systems is a plus. Lean Manufacturing and 5S experience preferred. Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures and digital calipers. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
