About the Role We are seeking a Client Success Director to manage and grow a portfolio of clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. This role blends strategic advisory with hands‑on execution. You will lead client relationships, guide HR strategy, and ensure seamless delivery across payroll, benefits, and compliance—stepping in as needed to resolve issues and drive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary point of contact Build strong relationships with client leadership and provide proactive HR guidance Advise on employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce strategy Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll, benefits, and HR processes in partnership with internal teams Troubleshoot and resolve issues across HR, payroll, benefits, and HRIS platforms Lead client onboarding and implementation to ensure a smooth transition and strong foundation Conduct trainings for clients and employees on HR best practices and system usage Partner cross‑functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and HR teams to deliver a seamless client experience Identify risks, recommend solutions, and help clients stay compliant and well-positioned What Success Looks Like You take full ownership of your clients and follow through on every detail You deliver complete, accurate, and proactive solutions You balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution You build trust quickly and confidently advise client leadership You operate with urgency, organization, and accountability Qualifications 5+ years of HR, PEO, or HR consulting experience in a client-facing role Strong knowledge of HR compliance, payroll, benefits, and employee relations Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (PrismHR a plus) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Who You Are A proactive, solutions‑oriented professional who takes initiative Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Equally effective advising leadership and handling execution-level details Accountable, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work Why Join Emplova High-impact role with direct client ownership Collaborative, high-performing team Opportunity to work across a diverse client base Exposure to complex and meaningful HR work A culture built on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr Emplova
