On any given day, you might:* Answer phone calls, emails, or online messages from customers and help with their banking questions* Walk customers through online banking, mobile services, or account changes so they feel confident and secure* Troubleshoot problems and find solutions, making sure customers know you’ve got their back* Connect people with the products and services that can make their lives easier* Be an active part of team meetings where ideas, successes, and ways to improve are shared## Qualifications**What We’re Looking For**We’re seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
