This individual will support a high-volume peak-season billing operation by reviewing carrier freight bills, processing invoices and documentation, resolving billing discrepancies, and communicating with carriers and internal teams. The role will balance billing/AP-related work with consistent customer service and phone communication to ensure payments are processed accurately and on time.This is a 5-day onsite position in Alpharetta, GA, Monday–Friday. Shifts will have staggered start times of 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, or 9:00 AM to provide team coverage through 6:00 PM. Candidates will receive at least two weeks of training covering systems, processes, Excel, and carrier communication.
