This position is a member of the AES and Finance leadership teams and partners with the AES CFO, Emerging & Proprietary Programs Director, Program Leadership, and functional organizations to support financial planning, program execution, and business objectives.Primary responsibilities include preparation of the Five-Year Plan (5YP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), financial forecasting and reporting, variance analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM) compliance, Estimates at Completion (EACs), proposal support, cash management, capital and company-funded requests, and return on investment (ROI) analysis. The role also supports financial planning, affordability initiatives, cost management activities, and program growth.This position provides financial guidance to the Emerging & Proprietary Programs portfolio, supports program execution, and maintains financial controls. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
