Overview The Client Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, guidance, and solutions tailored to their needs. The role involves driving sales, fostering client loyalty, and upholding the brand’s high standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Sales: Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach. Client Engagement & Sales: Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to client needs. Client Engagement & Sales: Drive sales through exceptional service, upselling, and cross-selling strategies. Client Engagement & Sales: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction to encourage repeat business. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering a personalized luxury shopping experience. Client Relationship Management: Develop a client book and engage through follow-ups, invitations to events, and personal styling sessions. Client Relationship Management: Anticipate client needs and proactively offer recommendations. Brand Representation: Uphold the brand’s values, image, and standards at all times. Brand Representation: Stay updated on brand history, new collections, and industry trends. Brand Representation: Ensure store presentation and merchandising align with brand guidelines. Operational Excellence: Process transactions efficiently and handle POS system operations. Operational Excellence: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product care. Operational Excellence: Support back-office functions and participate in visual merchandising activities. Key Qualifications & Skills Luxury Retail Experience – Previous experience in high-end fashion, jewelry, or luxury lifestyle brands Exceptional Communication – Strong interpersonal and storytelling skills to engage clients. Sales-Driven Mindset – Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Customer-Centric Approach – Passion for delivering a personalized shopping experience. Cultural Awareness – Ability to interact with an international clientele. Team Player – Collaborative spirit to work within a dynamic team environment. Multilingual (Preferred) – Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
