Overview Well renowned Commercial real estate company that has been acquiring, developing, managing, and leasing multi-tenant for 3 generations is looking to hire a Senior Property Accountant. They offer benefits from day one and good quality of life work schedule. Hybrid work arrangement: one week in the office, one week at home. Role : Senior Property Accountant Salary : $85K - $95K BONUS Hours : 7 am - 4 pm Responsibilities The Property Accountant will be responsible for 4 commercial properties. The portfolio includes commercial properties (both office and industrial) across 18 buildings with approximately 250 tenants. Full cycle accounting, up to financial statement preparation Posting charges Accruals Journal entries, month-end balance sheet Qualifications Proficient in Excel Must have Yardi experience and commercial property experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobs Finder
