Housing First Case Manager - Trauma-Informed Support
Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless
Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless is looking for a Case Manager to provide intensive support to formerly homeless, disabled individuals. The role involves managing a caseload of 15 clients, assisting in service plan implementation, and collaborating with treatment providers to monitor progress in recovery. Successful candidates will have a Master’s Degree in a human services-related field and at least two years of relevant experience.
