Learning Technology Systems Administrator

The Office of Data and Innovation is hiring a Learning Technology Systems Administrator to join the CalAcademy Team. In this role, you will play a key role in designing and implementing digital learning technology systems, including the learning management system (LMS), and supporting learner experience across ODI and other agency divisions.

What you'll do:

• Administer and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) or enterprise learning platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolving system or user support requests.
• Analyze operational issues and recommend practical technology solutions.
• Coordinate technology implementation or operational support for virtual or hybrid learning programs.
• Develop operational procedures, documentation, workflows, or standard operating practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to implement technology solutions.
• Support e-learning content deployment using enterprise authoring or publishing tools.
