Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients in both office and community settings, delivering personalized interventions and assessments to those experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional conditions.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and facilitate more comprehensive assessments when necessary, ensuring clients receive appropriate levels of care.

• Create and implement individualized care plans, liaising closely with family members and multidisciplinary teams to foster client-centered care that is accessible and effective.

• Provide a spectrum of prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy that adheres to best practice guidelines and ethical standards.

• Assist in crisis intervention initiatives, ensuring safety and timely support for clients undergoing acute emotional distress.

• Maintain client caseload with ongoing monitoring of treatment progress, ensuring adherence to treatment goals and adjusting plans as needed based on client feedback and therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate actively in team meetings and committees focused on quality improvement and enhanced service delivery, contributing innovative ideas to elevate care standards.

• Document all services provided accurately and in a timely manner, implementing data submission practices in compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
