Location: North Branch, Shafer, Wyoming

About Us: One Day At a Time Inc. is a blooming business in Home Health Care our main office is located in Shakopee, MN. We are currently expanding in the northern counties of Minnesota. We are professional, agile, and innovative, with a goal to provide in-home supports to adults with disabilities throughout Central Minnesota. Our person-centered approach focuses on each individual's unique needs, promoting independent living and positive learning.

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated In-Home Specialists to provide guidance and support to our clients living in independent arrangements. Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling and maintaining appointments
• Assisting with finding gainful employment
• Managing household tasks
• Budgeting finances
• Engaging in community activities
• Promoting healthy relationships

Each client has unique goals related to achieving a healthy, independent lifestyle. In-Home Specialists travel to clients' locations weekly, using their own vehicle, and design their own flexible work schedules.

Current Hiring Needs:

• Lindstrom: 4-8 hours per week, 8a-12p on Tuesday and Thursdays, no preference on staff.
• Shafer: 20 hours per week; prefers older female staff or male staff, schedule to be determined.
• Shafer: Wednesday 12p-4p (some flexibility) *Female Only
• North Branch: 4 hours (flexible) *Female only
• Wyoming: Mon-Thurs 34-hour shifts.
• Wyoming: 5 hours per week, 11a-1p, female staff only.
