CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Member Engagement Coordinator to contact members of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid health plans by phone to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home or virtual health evaluation. You will work to meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals in a remote environment.
