Program Overview New York Life’s Accelerated Path to Management Program is a development path that takes financial professionals through essential skills training in marketing, business development, and customer relationship management, leading to a management role after a six‑month intensive training program. Participants will also contribute to the financial well‑being of individuals, families, and small businesses. Responsibilities Develop marketing, business development, and customer relationship management skills. Participate in a six‑month intensive training program provided by New York Life. Transition into a management role upon completion of the training. Contribute to the financial well‑being of clients and the community. Qualifications Sales or managerial experience.
