Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are an established private Single Family Office in Doral, FL, seeking a Senior Full-Charge Bookkeeper with deep, career-long experience in real estate and multi-entity accounting. This is an exempt, salaried position designed for a seasoned professional who takes complete ownership of daily accounting operations, property management books, and monthly financial reporting. If you are a highly autonomous, thorough accounting specialist who values workplace stability, structured 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM office hours, and a quiet working environment, this is a long-term position where your experience will be fully relied upon and respected. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Multi-Entity Bookkeeping: Manage general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries across multiple family office and real estate holdings. Real Estate & Property Accounting: Maintain rent rolls, track tenant payments, monitor property expenses, handle escrows, and oversee property-level financials. Financial Reporting & Statements: Independently prepare clean, accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial packages (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow). Cash & Treasury Operations: Monitor cash balances, process intercompany movements, and handle routine payroll processing. CPA & Tax Readiness: Package clean, fully reconciled year-end workpapers to hand off seamlessly to external CPA tax preparers. Candidate Profile & Qualifications 12+ Years of Experience: Demonstrated long-term track record in full-charge bookkeeping, real estate accounting, or family office administration. Software Expertise: Advanced working knowledge and hands-on proficiency in both Yardi (Voyager or Breeze) AND QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required. Proven Reliability: A steady, meticulous, and self-directed work style with a reputation for accuracy and meeting dead-on reporting timelines. Industry Background: Foundation in real estate transactions, lease structures, tenant ledgers, and property management accounting. Prior family office experience is a plus. Schedule & Commute: Ability to maintain a consistent in-office presence in Doral for the daily 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM schedule.
