Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our growing sales team. As a Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a desire to grow their career in a dynamic industry. Your key responsibilities may include:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Managing a pipeline of current and potential new commercial accounts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Conducting market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
• Analyzing customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Staying current on DOI regulations and agency compliance requirements
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' offerings

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance
• Must have a current P&C insurance license
• Commercial Insurance sales experience
• Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or account management
• Ability to prospect, follow up consistently, and manage a sales pipeline
• Strong sales skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Familiarity with CRM software, for managing customer relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable working in person and networking within the local community

• Base Salary ranging from $60,000-$70,000 based on experience
• 50% new business commission + 30% renewal commission
