Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Soul Canvas Healing, you will take on a critical role in the following tasks:

• Conduct assessments with couples and individual sessions with clients to discern their therapeutic needs.

• Provide therapy focusing on a diverse range of family and individual issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Facilitate family dynamics and communication through targeted interventions, aimed at resolving conflicts among family members and addressing deeper psychological issues.
\n
• Document treatment plans and updates in our digital system, ensuring accurate and timely patient records.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss patient progress and coordinate care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of challenges such as grief, divorce, family conflict, and mental health disorders. This role requires a high level of sensitivity and expertise in handling individual and collective family concerns, making it crucial to create a safe and nurturing environment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
