Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions and other duties as assigned.Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.Minimum Experience: Certificate of secretarial training or a combination of two or more years experience in a secretarial or administrative position and college-related courses. Computer experience including ability to use Power Point, Excel, and create graphs and charts. Work experience sufficient to have acquired and developed the knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the functions of the position.License, Certification, Registration: Valid Driver's License preferred. No specific license, certification or registrations required.Equipment/Tools: Computer proficiency with various software and database systems, calculator, multi-line phone, fax/copy machine.Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Significant experience using Word processing software, Excel, Power Point, E-mail, Web searches, and graphs and charts. Experience taking meeting minutes and writing summary reports. Ability to operate photocopy machine, fax machine, and shredder. Ability to file and proofread documents.
